Just saying hello. I have joined this group to have similar minded friends who are in a similar situation. I am IPF ( idiopathic plumery fibrosis) patient . Since the onset of this condition, life has changed dramatically. I use oxygen therapy.
I am wondering as what is out there to make life easier and find things to do.

I'm not too familiar with IPF myself, what sorts of things does oxygen therapy help with most?
