Ohhh waiting for that sort of thing is a right pain isn't it. I'm waiting on an 8 week therapy course (90 min a week, it's going to be intense) but I imagine it'll be in January now. Hope you get to have a tipple soon

Thanks. Honestly though in the last few weeks I've been building good coping mechanisms. I'm out walking again, journalling, meditating. At the beginning of the year I was borderline agoraphobic and had to convince myself to leave the house for food. I was also feeling s-ic-dal and that's totally gone, thank goodness. Not to bring the mood down! Now I'm just happy to be acting like a human again and much more excited for the holidays. I'm not one to celebrate xmas really, I celebrate Yule (pagan) and I really should figure out what I'm going to do for that. I did duck last year. Is there a food thread? I'd be interested to see what others are doing too
aaaand I've rambled again haven't I!

Morning everyone. How are you? It seems my body clock has reset from going to sleep at 2 or 3 and waking up at 10/11 to sleep at midnight and waking up at 7 or 8:30. It only took..... 6 months of ruining my sleep schedule and a few early appointments to get there!! Hahaha

Hi everyone.
Happy Saturday.
We have just walked the dog and in a moment will be setting off to Granny's new bungalow for me to try to sort her internet out. My Mum is taking Granny shopping so we will pop in while they are out so I can sort the computer out in peace and hopefully it will be up and running by the time she gets home.0 -
