Pip text saying they haven't yet made a decision. Anyone else had this?

That's not correct, the automated line will not tell you what your award is, it may give information about your first 4 weeklt payment but you shouldn't rely on this because it's been known to give incorrect information. It will not give information about any money that maybe owed.

I never said about what’s owed when I phoned it told me what my next payment will be that’s what I meant by it2

Hi @Sonya35,Thank great thankyou!My assessment was on the 9/12Had a text that same day( a couple of hours) later to say report received.Yours looks around 20 days for decision, sofingers crossed just after Xmas for my decision...anxiety has really kicked in and heads been all over the place today . Worrying about it.0
