Hey everyone have a good day, I'm walking to Morrisons (30 min there and back) with my cane today. Hoping it goes alright, I need last minute bits for Yule food and mum and dad's pressies. Pain levels aren't great but it needs doing, I can imagine it'll be way too packed if I leave it any longer than that. Keep warm1

@SueHeath just had a look traditional Spanish Xmas Dinner lasts for hours. Seafood. Cheese , ham pickles to start
Then stew or broth
Followed by suckling pig or spit roast lamb or grilled fish
Then a massive selection of small sweet treats
Best wear my baggy trousers I think.
That will be nice for you having company but not too many all at once.

Well, I bought mum the wrong wine (she likes sweet, I bought dry) so I guess I have the base for my festive sauce lol! Silver linings. I drink extremely rarely but a bit this time of year is nice so some for the sauce, some for me.1
