I need some advice . I am wanting to sell my house and downsize. I have health issues and my son who lives with me as autism and learning issues . The house is too big to maintain and is causing me distress . I do have an outstanding mortgage . My worry is if i sell to buy a smaller property will is affect my benefits and how much money am I able to have which is disregarded . Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
