Pip text saying they haven't yet made a decision. Anyone else had this?

I actually just called the pip number and they said I should have a decision next week as it’s with the CM. And that it’s taking 4 weeks as they received my assessment form on the 19th decThey also said they’ve put a note on the account for me. And I should have a decision most definitely next week.So hopefully that will be good news. I know everyone timeframe is different and advised time frame is not guaranteed. But it’s nice to update people to put them at ease1

Yeah deffo good to keep people upto date x A friends sister got her reply 4 weeks after her assessment so hopefully next couple of weeks and I should get mine x1

There seems to be no 'conformity' as to what is sent out by the DWP, some folks here are getting just 'texts', others are getting just letters, some are getting the DWP special (I'm being sarcastic here), texts and letters. And not all claimants visit this site, so it's a 'total Bovril' (apologies to all veggies and vegans out there).0

If it was someone from PIP call centre that told you this, i don't know how it's possible for them to predict when a decision will be made. It can take up to about 12 weeks once the report is returned.

Sure . I’d sooner not have been be given a timescale on the phone as is raises hopes and expectations .1

If you don't get it and think that you should have got it due to your inability to manage day to day due to your health conditions, you should consider Mandatory Reconsideration and Appeal if that fails. Send reasons / evidence in writing. Get Proof of Postage.
Mine is almost 6 months, but I didn't send the form back straight away, also I had to postpone the assessment for family reasons. So not entirely down to them.0 -

According to previous threads Qasimo already has a PIP award.
