Hi there, wondering if anyone could help me, my GP has gave me fit notes for the forseable future due to me being on enhanced rate for both components of PIP because i am on enhanced for both parts does that mean i should automatically qualify for LCWRA??
any advice would be appreciated

No, it doesn't. PIP and LCWRA are completely different, with different criteria. You will likely need an assessment as most people have them. There's lots of advice regarding this on your other thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/91980/pip-and-universal-credits#latestHave you reported your health condition by "reporting a change of circumstances" on your journal? You will then need to report your fit note and continue to send them without any gaps until a decision is made on your WCA.

yes i have been adding fit notes on which are being accepted and i was sent out a questionnaire out 6 months ago which i completed and sent back and was told the next step is , is waiting for an assessment.
i had read some where that if you were on enhanced for both then you should qualify so thanks for clearing that up for me0 -
