I know the mental health charity Mind has some great tips on self care when living with depression, as well as anxiety. 

If you're looking for local mental health support, you could also search on Hub of Hope as well.

I can see Hannah has asked if your GP is aware that you're suffering at the moment, I'd encourage you to chat with them if you can, as they'll be able to support you, or make a referral for better support for your mental health
