Hi my name is Jess and i have Autism. I have had quite a few part time jobs. But i don't seem to last very long. This is due to having to ask things to be repeated or discrimination. I just wanted to know how do you tell your boss/ employees that you are Autistic and how do they manage with it. Thanks hope you all have a great day.

Hello @JT0906
I'm so sorry you are going through that in your working life. Scope does have a page on Disclosing your disability to an employer, which I think you may find useful to read. The National Autistic Society would also be able to help advise with thisHannah - She / Her
