Job center appointment help

Hi please can someone help me what to do if work coach doesn’t reply to my message in journal  about changing appointment for telephone appointment, what happens if i don’t go there 
im really scared to go there i got reminder about appointment  and i was asking if this can be changed for telephone 

Please if someone could share experience? Please help  Thank you

    It gives me really scared to go to job center and about uc gives me more anxiety

    Thank you for keeping us informed @Agnia. How are you feeling about the telephone appointment? I can hear how you feel scared to go to the job centre and UC gives you more anxiety.

    Is there anything which usually helps you when you are feeling scared and anxious? Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to support you.

    We are all here for you and listening to you but also recognise different things work best for different people  :)

    Hi my anxiety is really high im having appointment in job center next week this appointment was changed for telephone and now is changed again in person.

    Then put another message onto your journal to ask for a telephone appointment.
