Not happy, just content. TV shows and movies.

I have a long hot shower. It always makes me feel better. It cleans my body and clears my mind and I think life is not too bad after all.

Ooh, we can only choose one item? Mine would have to be multiple:
- Headphones
- Disney
- Family and friends
- Blanket (I am a sensory seeker when sad/stressed!)
- Tea
- Showers with Lush body wash (particularly the Sleepy one!)
- Lavendar pillow spray

My bedroom is my comfort zone where it is safe from things like arguments or the general public

A couple of times people entered my bedroom while having an argument and I felt somehow violated like I had nowhere to go. But in general it is my sanctuary.
