Hi There,
I am a trustee of a small charity called "It's My Life" - I am also the mother of a 4 year old girl with quadriplegic athetoid CP.
The charity that I am involved with (and which also supports my daughter), is running a three week block of conductive education therapy sessions in the first 3 weeks of the summer holiday at Royal Park Primary School in Sidcup, Bexley.
We would like to reach out to as many children as we can, who may benefit from these sessions. The children are aged between 3 and 6, and if anyone would like more information on conductive education please shout. CE is a holistic therapy approach, and the conductors are trained in the Peto institute.
We have been doing CE sessions for nearly 2 1/2 years now and the difference it has made to my daughter's quality of life is incredible.
If anyone is interested in the sessions, and would like more information, please shout!
Claire

Hi Josie,
The moderator tells me I am unable to give out my personal e-mail address, but you can find the charity (and me!) on facebook, the charity is called "It's My Life Trust Fund"
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=125335477499308
and also, we have a website set up:
http://www.itsmylifetrust.co.uk/
Anyway, please join the facebook site and I will find you there! -
Hi there,
I relaly want to visit your centre and bring my 4 year old daughter who has diaplegic CP, how can I find you? -
Hi @BellaRose
Please note that the Claire ( @Beltonc ) who started this thread was posting a number of years ago. The It's My Life charitable trust has a website:
http://www.itsmylifetrust.co.uk/contact/
Perhaps it would be best to contact them direct
Hope this helps
