      Breakfast has never been a thing for me ... mainly because I was usually onsite for work at 6 am and never felt like eating.  Lunch ... when the PTSD reared it's head, control of food was a bad habit I got into of depriving myself just to be in charge and survived on toast in the evenings for a couple of years 

      Technically was having breakfast - just 12 hours late  :D

      I am eating one good meal a day now and plenty of vitamins
