Have you ever referred yourself for a needs assessment? When you do this an Occupational Therapist will come out and do a needs assessment on you. From this it will determine what help can be given. You can refer yourself here. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/help-from-social-services-and-charities/getting-a-needs-assessment/
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
It's doubtful that you'll get help. Not with osteoarthritis and a slipped disk. Have you tried a gadget to help lower you into the bath or a seat in the shower? I have scoliosis, arthritis in my neck and compression of the spine and I found both things excellent. You can ask for rails to be placed on the sides to help you In and out
