Hello I applied for LCWRA in 2021 due to PTSD depression and Anxiety.
got round to April 2022 done the assessment then couple days after I got my decision of it being LCW which isn’t the payable one.
would I be able to appeal this decision still or is it way too late. Or can I reapply?

You have 13 months in which to request the Mandatory Reconsideration from the date the decision was made, so you haven't got long left. As you're outside of the 1 month timescale you'll need to give a reason why you didn't request it within this time. If they refuse you just proceed to Tribunal. Please also be aware that it's not about a diagnosis, it's how your conditions affect your ability to do any type of work. You can see the descriptors here for LCWRA. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activityThey will not take into consideration any worsening of condition since the assessment took place.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
