Morning to you all
My cousin is 82 and is getting dla, they said this morning she cannot apply for the higher mobility, she is registered blind now', is this true?

  Good morning @mills470. This should depend on the extent to which her mobility is affected. Plus, anyone should be able to apply for anything, receiving the award is a different story!

  Welcome to the community I would suggest popping all your cousins information into a Benefits Calculator, and that should help clear up what they could be entitled to.
