Hello @shell1971
Welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time with diverticulosis. Can I ask, have you had a follow up from your endoscopy yet? Have they given you any treatment plan?
We don't give medical advice here on the community, we would always suggest speaking to your GP or specialist and I would encourage you to speak to them if you feel your current plan, if on one, isn't working.
I have Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and many people I have come across with bowel issues have similar situations with pain when sitting and laying. I sometimes use a comfy pillows to sit on to help ease the pain.Hannah - She / Her

This sounds really difficult @shell1971 - especially as you are still having pain despite being prescribed these medications Did they say how long you could be expected to take these medications before a pain reduction or if anything else might help?
