Hi Agnia, is there anyone else who can talk to her? Other family members, people you know? Do you know the reason why she does not want to talk to you? I am really sorry it is happening, it sounds awful.

Hi @Agnia, I am from Poland. If you need any help please let me know. I was born in Poland and grew up there. I finished my University there before I moved to UK. I live here 20 years already.
If your mom is on FB or on other social medias I could write on your behalf.
I was in similar situation years ago but in opposite way. My father was English and he left Poland when I was a child so no any contact with him at all.

@Agnia don't be sorry for writitng here, that is why we are all here, to support each other! Somehow I think I spoke to you already, and suggested this, but will write again just in case. Maybe try to look for help in your local Polish community, I am sure there are at least few Polish groups on facebook. Because I understand it is not only about your Mum, it is about you are not being able to cope and probably feel lonely. There are some good people out there, and believe me, if you reach out, people will help you. I am so sorry you are in this position.

@Superbetty im sorry im not going outside and don’t use Facebook    it was too much for being on my own
i did find one organisation  the lady who established this organisation  did contact my mother to ask her if she could help me that i could stay at her place and she didn’t agree

this lady founded this organisation because she has got a disabled and she wanted to help others in similar situations and she was really a kind warm person on the phone she was saying that they could help me with rehabilitation
    she did understand me

i contacted  homeless shelter in the city where i was born
i got medication from the doctor here and don’t feel any better
when i started therapy from nhs the lady suggested 30 mins session every fortnight and i did kindly asked if can be done on a regular weekly basis
they discharged me after 4 sessions and i gave up and i felt really lonely on my own
    my anxiety is really high
my mother was writing to me when you make your bed you have to lay in it

i had money i just wanted to be with them i had money then to contribute for energy food

It is very frustrating that often therapies seem to have such a short timescale and it sounds like you feel you were discharged before enough progress was made.

i don’t know if you have something similar in your area but around here they do some free recovery education courses. They are really good and are ran by one health professional and one person who has lived experience of suffering with their health. They do courses like mindfulness, getting better sleep, managing high anxiety etc.

@Admin_Scope I think you may have multiple of the same post from me accidentally. I didn’t realise why it wasn’t posting and then I saw that it will post after it has been approved. I apologise I have pressed post a number of times. I was not sure why it went for approval. Please let me know if I did anything wrong inadvertently as I posted another reply on here just now in response to a further comment and it posted fine without approval so I am a bit confused. Anyway apologies again for pressing post a lot of times on the first one before I realised it had gone for approval!

@Agnia, just so you know, I did reply to your previous comment. I didn’t want you to feel ignored. My post is awaiting approval ok. I wrote a long post. I wanted you to know that so you don’t misunderstand and feel not cared for, because people here do care about how you are doing.

at first they said 6 sessions and after 4 sessions they discharged me

Unfortunately these things do seem to only come in 4-6 sessions. I think it often isn’t a long enough duration for people to get to the root of problems.

Do you have anything you do at home that makes you feel better? Do you enjoy any TV or reading or other hobbies when you feel unable to get out and about?

@surfygoose im sorry i really do not like this place where i live i do not have tv here
and i feel really guilty that im having this attitude but it’s stronger than me
i did give a lot of attention and energy to my work and did experience burnout and never was able to recover
they discharged me from nhs sending email i was crying and having the conversation with the lady who did therapy sessions with me im really feeling shame about myself
