Really high anxiety

I'd encourage you to check with your GP and pharmacy if you can @Agnia, as surfygoose says. It might well be a mistake, I'm sorry you have to deal with the stress of this.
Keep us updated when you can0 -
It is mistake from pharmacy0
-
Ah okay @Agnia glad you've found that out, have they sorted out the meds you need now?0
-
They didn’t0
-
It’s too much for me everything0

It seems like the evening/night time is your worst time. I've honestly run of advice to give. I realise it's extremely difficult for you but you have to reach out for some help yourself because no one here can do that for you.

I think poppy is right that it would be a really good idea to reach out for that help. I haven’t been clear on exactly where you are at in terms of looking in to a care needs assessment. Also in the short term as well as the Samaritans there is Shout which is a text message service that offers the same kind of support as Samaritans but is good if you prefer to text instead of talk on the phone. Either of those services are good especially for the incredibly difficult hours like late at night when many people do find themselves in crisis.
hopefully the pharmacy will get the medication mistake sorted within the next couple of days at most. Those sorts of mix ups can usually be sorted promptly. I’m sure it’s not helping at all that you did not receive your sleep medication.0 -

@Agnia Anxiety is an awful feeling, I'm sorry. Try these grounding techniques to bring yourself to the present moment.
Can you go to the shop for some food?0 -
im sorry im not able to leave this place on my own im sorry Cher im so scared because of my situation and i can hardly walk and im really sorry i know was writing here a lot about it but this place where i live im not coping here
i was ordering something to eat but it’s very expensive
even when i was able to leave this place in the past when my condition got worse mentally i didn’t know what to buy to eat because i wasn’t coping that im here lonely and i lost availability to care for myself0 -
@Agnia There's no need to say sorry. We don't want you being hungry, and that's my utmost concern right now. Are you going to order some food? And please do reply to some of the team's previous emails if you wish us to contact your local authority to get support. We'd love to help.

yes i was ordering something Cher0

That sounds really great that they were offering to phone the local authority for you Agnia. Perhaps you should take them up on that offer because they are trying to help and you are finding it hard to reach out for the help by yourself from the local authority because you are struggling so much.
With regards to food have you tried doing your food shop online? While I’ve been staying with my mum and dad before my care home move, I’ve been paying my way and wanting to be useful and so I am in charge of the food shopping. I can’t go out by myself to get it so instead of mum having to drive for the shopping for us all I started doing it online because for three of us it would be too much even for me and dad to carry home between us. We’ve found the online shopping to be a very good experience. We use Tesco and the delivery drivers are all very friendly. I have friends that use Waitrose and ASDA. They all have similar good experiences. They are even helpful and carry the food to the kitchen for my friend who is physically disabled.
Also in the past me and some of my friends have used Wiltshire Farm Foods who sell ready meals but they are healthy ones. They are cooked all healthy and fresh ingredients then frozen straight away, not filled worth salt and additives.they are good if you can’t cook because they only need to go in the microwave so are very handy even handy if you have a carer coming in but doesn’t have a long visit because they can make the meal quickly and it’s still healthy. The delivery drivers are very good with that service. They bring the food in and out it away in your freezer for you if you want them to and they also explain how to heat each thing and they teach you how to use your microwave. You get the same driver every time and they always show their ID card.
Also it might be worth checking if there are any meals on wheels type schemes available near you where they deliver hot meals ready to eat. They can be an absolute lifesaver as well for many people.

surfygoose I don’t know how to explain but my psyche doesn’t cope with this situation because i missed that moment when i needed to be with the family but they didn’t want to see me
i was even searching from strange people that i didn’t know them completely that maybe i could live with them
one gentmen who worked in a shelter in Poland he was searching for a family which could kindly take me to live with them0 -
Thank you very much for response
