Yes, that will be why you scored 13, which is Enhanced daily living. Yes, the picture has been removed, thank you.

They can't just change a Tribunal decision. For this they must first request the Statement of Reasons and Records of proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision.

Once they receive those they need to find the error in law before they can appeal the decision. They can't just appeal because they think it's wrong.

They sometimes request them but very rarely appeal it. If they request them it doesn't mean they are appealing it.

As i advised, it can take up to 8 weeks to pay what is owed and put your new award into payment.

If it's council tax arrears you have then they may take that from the money they owe you. If there's one bill you should make sure you pay it's council tax.

It is from a bailiff that I could not afford to pay the surplus on top of what benefit paid from couple of years.

Also when I first 0ne my Mandatory reconsideration before I took it to tribunal nothing was stopped from the backpay then.

Just seen this on dwp page

Why a third party deduction is taken (Value)

Third party deductions act as a safety-net to protect claimants who have debts for essential household bills or to ensure compliance with a social and financial obligation.

The following benefits may have a third party deduction:

I don't see personal Independence Payment there.

That related to 3rd party deductions which isn’t the same as lump sum payments from money that’s owed to you.

What dose that mean? Also at the moment nothing is being taken from my benefits only a advance payment that I owe £38  on and some tax credits that I'm paying £30 a month that was agreed with debt recovery.
Also if my council has not asked the dwp to recover what I owe them how would dwp know?
If I'm already paying a agreed some with debt recovery surely they would not take more.

Third Party deductions refer to weekly/monthly deductions from benefits mentioned in your above comment.

If you’re already paying instalments agreed by the bailiff then they shouldn’t take the lump sum.

once their claim is approved they are told they ‘may’ be owed money but to wait for a letter about it, because they send it to collections team first.
Is this true as never happened in March when I got few months daily living standard back pay.

You said you owe some money for a tax credits overpayment. They can take the money you owe for that from the money they owe you.

Before paying any money to you then it maybe sent to debt management. We often have threads here asking this question because their money has been sent to debt management.

The tax credit is a arrangement I'm paying £30 a month.

If my partner owes any money would I have to pay this she has a debt from years back with her previous partner.

You won’t be responsible for any debt that isn’t yours. The reason it’s paid back through your UC is because if you live with your partner then the UC will be a joint claim.

If you have any other debt for yourself then yes they could recover that from the PIP lump sum.

Please note that that advice I give is based on the information you give.

Just phoned the debt management there's 2 debts on the account one for me £115 n one for my partner in her name but she on my universal credit would this effect my backpay or would they possibly take the £115 and not my partners debt.
