Hi @jadecoops and welcome!
In this instance, I believe the DWP would only pay from the date your WCA was applied for. So July 2023.
How have you been asking the people at UC? Usually leaving a note in your journal should get a reply in a day or two.Albus (he/him)

It will be from July 2023 I believe. You won't get it backdated if have already had the WCA severalt times and been refused

The reason I’m asking if it’ll be backdated to when I started putting in fit notes as it says when I first stated my medical conditions , and that was 2.7 years ago, but only just won lcwra, I was told it will be from my first fit note

Help is being given on your other thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/110203/hi-my-name-is-jadecoops-will-my-wca-claim-be-backdated#latest it's not helpful to have 2 threads with the same questions because it just causes confusion.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
