I was due to have an appointment with my work coach today, and they didn't phone.
I suffer with agoraphobia/anxiety and waiting for a call that didn't happen is making me feel really anxious. Can they sanction me even if it's their fault I missed an appointment?

Are you sure they have the correct phone number for you? Put a message on your journal to tell them that you didn't receive the expected phone call appointment today, just to cover yourself.

Yeah, they should do, I haven't changed my number since my claim. But I will definitely send a journal message to let them know.0

Update - the work coach said that the appointment was supposed to be face to face, even though it says in extra information that this would be done by telephone. They're going to rebook it another time for phone call.0

Glad you got it sorted, in future maybe a need to double check these things beforehand so hopefully there's less misunderstanding?1
