I think we the people in disable community should be democratically and politically active to represent ourself and the community with disability.

    I totally agree with you. There are employers not following disability and equalities act. Some management or managers don't have basic knowledge ofsupporting staff with disabilities. It's a up hill struggle for disabled people.
