Hi I’m confused the last cost of liveing payment 2023 be paid from October 31st to 19th November will I get payment on 31st Oct or is it between dates?

It will be paid anytime from 31st October to 19th November. No one knows exactly what date they will receive it. It's also not the final payment, there's another by Spring 2024, which is for £299. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment#low-income-benefits-and-tax-credits-cost-of-living-payment-eligibility

Hi @poppy123456 I got my text for the col payment yesterday. And got the letter today for the £150. So pleased as it will all feed the meters.
