in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA
Ok as the title says I’ve scored 0 on both accounts,so did my Mandatory Reconsideration on the telephone yesterday 
I rang CAB for advice this morning,they tell me they have no appointments available 
can I ask you guys,the best way to get my point across,as it’s doing my head in now

    I gave you advice yesterday on your thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/108493/just-applied-for-pip-medical-condition-cerebral-palsy-on-one-side#latest i also advised you not to ring to request the MR but to put the request in writing. All advice i gave is in that thread, please do have another read.

    As you've now requested the MR over the phone, the time has now started ticking and a decision can be made at anytime, though it can take up to 12 weeks, a lot of people have decisions quicker than that.

    If you have extra evidence to send then they do not have to wait for you to send that before making another decision.

    I'm sorry you scored 0. I hope the MR process goes in your favour this time. Although you were not able to speak to anyone at Citizen's Advice, they do have information pages on the process that may help? Please keep us updated!
