How to fill in change of circumstances AR1 form

Hi, I am looking for some advice on how to fill in the Pip AR1 UI review form following my reporting of a change of circumstances. My change of circumstances is concerning mobility, whilst there have been no changes in daily living. Would it be okay to simply state that there have been no changes in each of the daily living sections and then detail the relevant changes in the mobility section. 

Additionally I have no new evidence, do I need to resend the previous evidence I sent when initially making my claim or will they still have access to this when conducting the review.

    You need to treat it as a new claim, even if there’s been no changes. Please do not just write no changes because you’ll be leaving it open to all sorts of problems. 

    You should also include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. 

    Aim for at least half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies to you. You should send in any relevant evidence you have. 

    Please make sure you include your name and NI number on everything you send. If you need extra time to return the form you can ring PIP and they will give an extra 2 weeks.

    Thank you, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Just to clarify please, the only relevant evidence I have is old evidence that I sent when I initially applied for pip, should I include this same evidence again.
