Hi, I'm jotapeseven! Will I get LCWRA back pay and are there any other benefits I could claim?

My partner is on lcwra an now I am waiting to court date for mine as well.
My question is if I win the court decision does I got any back pay money?
Do I have any other benefits who to apply for???

    Unfortunately, if you have a joint claim then you won't be due any backpay or future payments and it'll just be your commitments that will change (if any). Do you and your wife receive PIP?

    Hi @jotapeseven, welcome to the community. Looks like you've already had some good advice, a benefits calculator like the one bg844 posted above is definitely something that might be worth a try to see what you might be entitled to.
