    Sorry I missed your message through the night.

    Oh I’m totally stressed some off you may remember I have had ongoing issues regarding insulation in my loft that has caused damage to my home. Through old decaying insulation coming through settling everywhere in my home. 
    Fast forward 2 years and loads of work and stage 2 complaint with housing. 
    Guys came supposedly to do the job AGAIN and he’s refused sd he is a roofer and this isn’t in his job remit. 😠
    Sorry for the rant I’m sitting here waiting on a manager getting back to me to see what’s happening

    Its not to bad here in the Midlands windy but dry.

    I'm waiting for food shop to be dropped off then heading out to swap gifts with a friend over a coffee 

    @Lou67 I'm not sirprise that your not happy, been going on for ages and they should send right people

    Thanks everyone and sorry for going on earlier things just got to much for me.
    The manager from the company that’s doing the work came out and apologised.
    He sd  he will need to sit with housing manager to discuss it as it’s a bigger job than housing let them think it was. 
    So it’s put off till after the holidays now. 
    Another sleepless night for nothing 🙄
