I hope your day goes well and I think everyone is feeling anxious today. I find it difficult to manage but sometimes just sit quietly with some music on my headphones gives me a bit of a break.

just having a fairly quiet day and going to sit at the dining table for dinner which is a goal I've been working towards since surgery in June.

I hope you're anxiety is not too bad and you're able to enjoy the day.
