Morning all! How was everyone's weekend? I finally got a good amount of sleep personally.
@Grinchy I can really have nights like that. I'm just sat lying there at 3am, having tried to sleep for 3 hours and my brain just won't stop. I have been told that it is often better to just get up and watch something or read something. The focus helps your brain get into a place ready for sleep sometimes.2 -
