I have rheumatoid arthritis which has caused several types of disability. I'd like to ask a question about PIP. Does anyone know, if a claimant can complete an activity, say dressing, but it takes them more than twice as long as it would take an able-bodied person, then does that count as not being able to do the activity at all for the purpose of being awarded points?
