I had x2 ginger biscuits for breakfast and x1 dry cracker with cheese for lunch.

I usually have a bowl of cornflakes with sugar on at breakfast.
I live in a nursing home and they have 2 options to choose from the menu. A main meal and a sweet, so it depends.
I like pasta based meals. So having spag bol on the menu, was a treat!0 -
