    Hi everyone I hope yous are all having a nice afternoon.
    I got some shopping in Aldi and we are now In Starbucks I needed a cuppa and my painkillers but it’s been good to get out.

    I'm glad you could at least get some of your meds @Ada, I understand how rotten you can feel after a few days off them, so as Sandy says, please rest up and get yourself under a good warm blankey. :)

    I haven't watched any TV today @Ada,I forgot about My 600lb Life.

    I watched it yesterday and there was a 'best of' type compilation on Sunday.

    I found it by accident @Ada when I was flicking through the channels.

    It was a nice episode,all the people featured in it had managed to lose weight and one woman had a 40lb lipoma removed.
