Looking for advice regarding secondary schools for daughter
Options
Hi everyone. I am looking for some advice regarding Secondary schools for my daughter who was born with a genetic condition. She has physical needs and currently under a ECHP in her mainstream school/Year 3. I am not sure if we are going to go for mainstream or specialised as will need to decide with her nearest the time. I know I am looking into it quite early as she is only in year 3 but I would like to get a picture in my head of what is available out there for children with physical needs. Her educational needs appear to be the same as her peers in her mainstream school and the condition doesn't involve having Learning difficulties but her Physical disabilities affect the way she learns as she gets tired and can't concentrate as much. Writing and reading is a bit difficult too. Thank you in advance for any given advice.Deal/Kent.
