    Are you still able to get your meds without the review?

    My GP surgery is literally as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike right now and hasn't done a med review for over 12 months. Each time I request a new prescription I just write a custom message like "all meds still required, no med reviews available" and they grant me the meds for another month.

    Mary I was also in an abusive marriage and felt so worthless for a lot off years
    Ive been away from it for 13 years and still trying to be able to love myself.
    Im not as hard on myself as I used to be but still not great.
    I’m so pleased you’ve learned to love yourself again ❤️

    @66Mustang I've been on a medicine for over 10 years and you are meant to get yearly bloods done to check it isn't harming your liver. Only a psychiatrist can change it and it isn't used in mental health any more.

    The cpn from last September was supposed to bring my case and hasn't so far.

    @Strawberry1 thank you! I'm still achy and sore but got a few hours good sleep last night so I'm glad about that.

    Yes I am working @Ada I haven't been anywhere to put nice food on for lent I'm doing something for charity everyday I was going to do at least 1 hour of volunteering a day but decided to change it because I couldn't possibly do that as there might not be enough hours for me to do to fulfill my challenge then I would end up having a meltdown #autismlife
