    I’m just about to go to my bed to @Sandy_123  I’ve been struggling with pain all day I just put my electric blanket on, so I’m hoping the heat will help.

    Aww I’m sorry I feel all I’ve done is moan about how I feel when most people here struggle daily with pain.
    Im maybe better taking a couple off days away and giving yous all peace.

    Oh thank you Ada, I think I just need a good nights sleep.
    I think being uncomfortable has made me a bit out off sorts. 
    But I’m so lucky I have great friends like you and the rest off my friends on here.

    @Lou67 we don't see you as constantly moaning, we like to hear about your recovery and give you advice. So no need to take any days away. 

    Early start for me I've got b12 injection the back of 8 I could of just stayed in bed

    Yes drs do it @ada I feel I need it this time. Its every 3 months so it's handy at the surgery
