    Thanks @Lou67 I don't know if it's fickle of me to think this or if others think the same but it makes me feel better knowing people understand and care and have got my back. Sometimes it is very isolating having problems like disability, even when you are surrounded by people in real life they are able-bodied/able-minded so they don't completely understand.

    I do @66Mustang,most of the rain is wind driven too which makes it worse.

       @Sandy_123 Turkey is 3 hours ahead, it will revert to 2 hours when our clocks go back. But who cares about time in the sunshine 🌞

    @vikingqueen your right just checked it is 3 hours we've just been in the heated pool. Only thing that scares me is the dogs in packs loose. I'm ok with the cats lol

    Hello at last everyone and thanks for good wishes as they mean a lot.

    Results in 2 weeks.

    Got arm muscle workout as lift from parking was broken so carried rollator up then down 2 flights of stairs. 

    @Teigr you are fast doing intricate cakes!
    @Sandy_123 I find it amazing that we are cold and rainy and you are in proper warm sun. Earth is amazing.
