how long do you have to be living in England as a British citizen to be able to apply for housing

Hi i have a 14 yr old daughter who cant walk am living with a friend who live in a two bedroom flat but its is upstairs also the bath tub is to high for my daughter to go in there is no space for her wheelchair to move around we just move here about two month

You could try calling your local council for advice or call the Scope helpline on 0808 800 3333

not good have until the 20th to move out of a B&B with no where to stay I have a disable daughter in a wheel chair I am so scare

You say that you have to leave the B&B on the 20th. Was this B&B provided by the council following a homeless application? If so, what was the outcome of the homeless application?
