ESA Cont and ESA Income based query.

Very strange. It was strange to begin with because CB isn't means tested so you should not have been told it was suspended anyway. Glad you've received a payment now though. 

You should also make your LA aware that your ESA is currently CB and not Income Related. This is because it would be the Income Related ESA that automatically entitles you to your maximum housing benefit. I'm not saying you won't be entitled to it but just incase.
