Spastic diplegia and transfers - any tips?

I'm here if anyone fancies a chat. 30 I.have spastic diaplegia and finding transfers getting increasingly tricky and painful, does anyone experience this? Any tips?

I'm so sorry.... I've just Google your condition and can't understand any of it..... Medication brain! (and lots of long words!)
Do you mind putting it in an easier language? -

Hi @dani86 have you tried a banana board? or transfer sheet? Also I know that some people find a leg lifter useful for getting their legs to follow their bottom
