    Hi @ada :blush: no I haven't been out yet today but we will be taking the dog for a good walk soon because it's his 7th birthday today :D

    I'm sorry to hear about your landlords dog @ada :( I also hope this second fix on the greenhouse has worked! We're lucky none of our covers ripped, the zip that closes the flap of one did break though so we have to tie it shut now.

    Hope you feel better soon @Sandy_123, it's good to be stretching it and moving when you can though.

    The house has been decorated with balloons including balloons shaped like letters to make the word WOOF  and we are having some family members round for steak for dinner, and the dog is getting a steak as well!!!! 🙄 

    I know it's bonkers, you'd think it was a human's birthday :D

    We actually flew by our cat's birthday without realising it, so instead we're going to celebrate Adoption Day. I mean, she was a stray so the "birthday" was a best guess by the vet anyway!

    We can't exactly give her a special meal though because she refuses to eat anything that isn't Royal Canin dry food... Guess we'll just have to pamper her.

    So the Dr didn't ring he sent a text saying he's referred me back to xray and they are no longer doing walk ins and an appointment will come in the post . I missed it last time as I was waiting for appointment and it was walk ins. ......... wish he'd rang was going to ask for pain killers

    Ive got painkillers just wanted stronger ones. 
    I might venture in the garden get some sunshine while it's out

    Afternoon all i hope yous are all doing well.
    Im not long home I went to my mums after the doctors and spent a few hours there.
    The doctor was really good he’s started me on a medication for the Restless Legs I’ve to get back to him next week to let him know how I’m doing with them.
    As for my arthritis pain he sd I have severe arthritis all over and I’m never going to be completely pain free.
     It’s just trying to manage it as best as possible.

    Im so sorry about your landlords dog I really hope she starts to improve. Your so good to all the dogs you really have nothing g to be guilty about.

    Oh sorry you didn’t manage to speak to your doctor for stronger painkillers. And that’s a carryon with the X-ray I hope your appointment comes through soon.
