Hi all, I really need some advice. Does anybody know if you can have a full case review in under 2 years. In December 2022 I received a letter informing me I had been selected for a full case review for housing benefit. I submitted all my evidence and received a confirmation email that everything had gone through. I had not heard anything back so forgot all about it. Just today I received a letter from them saying the same thing that I have been selected for a housing benefit full case review. I have sent a email to the benefits team in my borough and have informed them that I have already done this in 2022 and attached my confirmation o recieved from them.
Is this normal a full case review twice in the space of 15 months?
thanks guys

It's totally at random who they pick. It's just a coincidence that it's you amongst the chosen ones again. You will need to make sure you send them what they've asked for.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
