@rubin16 that's nice and elephants are cool, my Mum loves elephants

Yeah they are adorable, and really smart and family orientated. I'm currently redecorating my living room so each time I get paid I buy alittle bit or a piece of furniture its coming together nicely now. I also sponsor elephants through WWF each month too

@rubin16 that's a great thing to sponsor, yeah elephants are family animals, apparently they mourn the loss of their relatives like humans do, you probably already know that

@66Mustang I can imagine that whiskey to be very expensive. Went to a whisky shop in York once. That was dear too, but they had lots of testers, think everyone left drunk

Yeah they tend to stay as a family too, and take care and raise the baby elephants as a whole family, not just one parent. They are quite family orientated and quite smart animals. I think for my next birthday/christmas I'm not going to ask for a present this year instead ask my family to sponsor the elephants at the local zoo for me. You get a free ticket and get your name on a plaque in the elephant house if you sponsor them plus regular updates.

@Sandy_123 some whisky is just insane to me, 80 year old whisky for £150,000. So if you pour yourself a double there is over 10 grand in your glass. I don't know how someone could ever justify that. The oldest whisky I have ever tried was 30 year old, it was £350 a bottle but I just bought a miniature for £25 just to try it

@rubin16 that's a lovely thing to do. I also heard elephants are matriarchal and the oldest female is in charge instead of having an alpha male in charge like most animals do, I think that's true

I won a £100 Warhammer prize, asked for the cash instead, then replaced my broken airbrush with a better model. :)

Haha, I keep getting told I think I'm still living in 2004, so me using "Retro" slang would make sense.  :D

Nose & eyes have started, got the Beconase, but had to go online for Opticrom eye drops, as Savers nor the chemist had any. Amazon came up trumps with a non eyewatering price, as nearly a quid off with a voucher. B)

Sorry to hear that @JessieJ :(

I was in Boots a few months ago ... I saw a man buying Lemsip, nose spray, paracetamol and cough sweets all in one go. Is it mean that I gave him a wide berth?

I would too.  Nobody wants Man Flu ... worst thing known to um well, man  B)

I only found out recently by accident how much my wife and daughter rip the mick out of me

Dad's Dying Again is an actual WhatsApp chat they've got.  Not very complimentary either :'(

I've bought a Hyundai pressure washer and a short trigger gun for it.  Absolute game changer for washing the car.  Snow Foam shampoo is so much fun.  Like being in Ibiza again ...

@WelshBlue I'd be interested to hear how well you find the Snow Foam actually works. I assumed it was just a fun novelty and I was told you need to use it like twice a week, it doesn't work on a heavily dirty car, is that right?
