Hi,
i suffer from sleep apnea and unable to sleep whilst wearing a mandibular because it causes me nightmares
I've been discharged from the hospital but is there anything else I can try to do myself?
thank you0 -
Hi Janice
As this is a medical problem we cannot advise you as we are not medically trained, although we would suggest a very good book to read is The effortless sleep method by Sasha Stephens.
Hope this helps1
