hi im sa  i have learning disabilites and want to understand sex and realtuonships as i have been very hurt in the past

    all information about sex and realtionahios mainly sex. i need to no how to put a condom on. and how to do sex without getting hurt again .

    im 30 and i cant explain to you wht disablites are cause i cant explain and dont understand

    The BILD website has lots of great information you could have a look at.  If that information isn't very clear for you to understand, I can find other sites that explain sex and relationships really clearly.

    i couldnt talk to family. but health professionals im not sure ? i have a  social worker
