i need a copy of my pip award letter but ive sat on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes is there any other way.

Hi @chrissee, welcome to our community. Unfortunately there is not really any other way to contact the PIP section of the DWP. It is a constant source of frustration, I know. I can see you've already tried during the recommended morning hours, there really is not much else that can be done.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

I had to do this in the past when I couldnt get an answer from the dwp and they failed to respond to my written request.
They did respond promptly after my mp contacted them.
