I saw my GP this week because of increased nerve pain in my lower bank and right foot where I have peroneal nerve damage anyway.  I decided to increase my exercise routine in order to break through barriers I am experiencing.  Would this have an impact on why I have these sensations?

Hi @Salwil89, the best for nerve pain apart painkillers is warm (deep yourself in hot bath ) perhaps could help for a bit.
Exercising could help a bit as long as you not overdoing it.

I hope you will feel better soon. Check the level of vitamin from group B as well.
    Have a nice evening.

Hello @iza Thanks for your advice.  I shall definitely get out that foot bath once again.  When you mention Vitamin B group, is that Vitamin B Complex or do you refer to a particular Vitamin B such as Vitamin B12, B2?

    Hi @salwil89
From my life experience if you looking for deficiency you need to do the test to check particular B type vitamin level. No complex.
Believe me check and you may see what a difference it makes.
Bye do way I come from family of DR's I know what I am saying.

    :)
    Have a nice evening.
