i have sent in my PIP2 form awaiting reply 4 weeks now, since then my vitamin d levels are seriously low, high medication taking does this presription go to them or do i not bother.

Good to see you online!
It would be a good idea to phone the PIP department on 0345 8503322 just to make sure that they have your form and have sent it off to the assessors (they normally do this the day they get in the post from you).
It is worth letting them know if your health is worse than at the time you completed the PIP2 form for an extended period, say 3 months. This is because PIP entitlement is about your health longer term, so that although a prolonged period where your health is worse may increase your entitlement, a shorter period might not increase your entitlement.

Thank you Gill for your reply, i did receive a text that they had received it, im on my way to the hospital to see the consultant in about one hour so i will wait to hear what is said (already given medication, dont know if any procedure is looking to be done) and then follow your instructions. Thanks again will let you know how i get on.

Anxious telephoned Pip about appointment they said they sent it today 20/2 for two weeks time should get letter tomorrow, they have given me an home assessment f2f, its good in own environment no pain of travelling, do you all think its good at home? Will be with carer.

It's good that they have accepted that you need the home visit, although a downside can perhaps be that you will feel more at ease at home and that might come across to them as less disabled, if you see what I mean.
Anyway all you can do is to make sure that you tell the assessor clearly about the effect that your disability has on your daily life and also your mobility.
