PIP2 Medication/New Condition

i have sent in my PIP2 form awaiting reply 4 weeks now, since then my vitamin d levels are seriously low, high medication taking does this presription go to them or do i not bother.

It would be a good idea to phone the PIP department on 0345 8503322 just to make sure that they have your form and have sent it off to the assessors (they normally do this the day they get in the post from you).
It is worth letting them know if your health is worse than at the time you completed the PIP2 form for an extended period, say 3 months. This is because PIP entitlement is about your health longer term, so that although a prolonged period where your health is worse may increase your entitlement, a shorter period might not increase your entitlement.
