Good afternoon. I have recently been moved on to UC from tax credit and its already started to become a nightmare. I've been given an appointment by uc, I work and I've told them that I can't make it to my appointment and the reply I got was " if you don't attend you won't be paid." I have told them that I can't make it on that date but if they rearrange the date or time I will come but make it convenient for me. I just recovered fro. Mental health issues after suffering them for 6 years and this situation will push me back to the point I've struggled out from. What can I do ?

Hi @challnas I'm sorry to hear it's becoming stressful for you. You should be able to leave a note on your UC journal and ask for a different appointment time and date.
Is it your first appointment with them? They may need to see proof of ID etc before they can set up payments?
